Buck Cavanaugh, a truck driver from the Piney Woods of East Texas is trapped in a blizzard in Colorado, while his wife and children await his return for Christmas and the birth of another child. Kileen, his wife, is tired of being home alone to raise their children, while he's gone for weeks at a time. Buck wants more than anything to be home with his family. He's given an opportunity to help deliver gifts to the children on Trucker's Road in exchange for a way home. Will he make it home in time? Or, will he disappoint his family again?
